Hi,

While trying to create ID vault, I've always encountered this error at Step-3 of the configuration wizard: "Server Error: The remote server is not a known TCP/IP host".

I'm not sure why it's not able to fetch data of administrator's and go to Step-4 while configuring ID Vault. My server is added to network via 'WorkGroup'.

Points already checked :
1. We are using the Domino Administrator 8.5.2
2. The host file has the mapping for server name and IP address.
3. We have also checked that the TCP/IP port is enabled and there are no firewall issues.
4. We are also able to send test mails from the server.

Can you please guide us, what would be the possible cause or any solution for this issue?
